- Respond to your enquiry or request
- Discuss and deliver our services to you or your institution

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as they are relevant to our working relationship, and deleted when no longer needed. Where a contract for services is entered into, records relating to that engagement are retained as per the Terms and Conditions of the contract.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

- With your institution, to the extent necessary to carry out a commissioned engagement (in which case a Data Processing Agreement is in place)
This website is hosted by a UK-based green hosting provider. Your data is not transferred outside the UK.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (in certain circumstances)
- Object to or restrict our processing
- Withdraw consent (where we rely on it)
